The 2019 Spring menu features fan favorites as well as delicious new dishes. Returning FavoritesSome former favorite dishes are making a comeback this Spring. Harvest is bringing back their Sweet Pea & Avocado Toast appetizer, a vegan favorite on pumpernickel bread. Also returning is the Strawberry Patch Chicken Salad, a colorful and sweet spinach salad perfect for the Spring. Returning main dishes include Harvest’s Lemon Thyme Chicken, served on a bed of vegetables, and the Knife & Fork Organic Egg Salad. Innovative New DishesWhile some customers await their favorite menu items return, others look forward to the fresh, new creations from Harvest Seasonal Grill’s chefs. Vegetarians and those with plant-based diets are sure to enjoy the new Sweet Pea Ravioli, filled with vegetables and herbs from local farmers. Also new to Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar is the Teriyaki Vegetable & Rice Bowl, a gluten-free and vegan entree made with organic jasmine rice. The final exciting addition is the new Impossible “BBQ” Burger, a 100% plant-based burger on a vegan bun featuring their sweet and tangy berry hibiscus BBQ sauce.
